"That is a very good point.  I don't remember if I mentioned it yesterday or not but 2500 calories is enough to sustain you if you are very active.  Being a mother and especially breastfeeding, adds a lot to your activity level. …"

"Try increasing your calories for a few weeks to see if things improve.  I remember when Rainbow was about 8 months old I started eating more.  She's 20 months old now and I eat 4,000 calories a day."
